How to Place Bids on Multiple Auctions

How to Place Bid on Single Auction

1. Click on the "Bidnow" button on the auction page.

2. The Maximum bid textbox will be populated with the minimum value you are allowed to enter.

3. Make sure to select one of the options for payment if you win the auction.

4. Make sure to select one of the delivery methods.

5. If you dont select the payment or delivery methods, messages will appear and will not let you bid.

6. Maximum bid value textbox should not let blank.

7.If you enter a value less than the minimum bid value, a message will be displayed until you enter equal or more than the minimum bid value.

8. Once you are happy with the bid value, click the submit button.

9. If you are outbid.

If you are outbid, a message will be shown with the new current bid value and next increment value.

10. The Maximum bid

The Maximum bid value will only apply the increment and, if another bid is placed by a buyer and your increment is outbid then it will continue to apply the increment bids until you are the unique highest bidder or your maximum has been surpassed.

11.If you are successful

If you are successful you will be redirected to the auction page and a message box will be shown that you are the highest bidder, and your maximum bid value.

How to Place Bids on Multiple Auctions

1.Click on the "Bulkview" link on the top right corner of the webpage .

2.Bulkview page allows you to select multiple auctions and bid at once.

3.Select auctions that you want to bid on and click "Calculate" button which calculates different values.

4. Make sure to click "Calculate" button when you navigate to other categories.

5. When you click "Calculate" button

When you click "Calculate" button, the following values will be calculated:
Current Bid Value : Total value of the all the bids on the auctions that are selected.
Minimum Bid Value : Total Minimum bid value of all bids on the auctions that you are required to put in.

Maximum bid : Maximum bid that your are willing to pay in total for all the auctions selected.
Incremental bid : Total Minimum bid value of all bids on the auctions that you are required to put in.
Percentage RRP Bid : Total percentage of RRP that you are willing to bid.

7. After you enter the selected bid value, click "Place Bid" button

Items I'm Bidding on

1. Click on the "MyAccount" link on the top right corner of the webpage.

2. Click on the "Items I'm Bidding" link.

3. Click on the "Winning" link to view the auctions you are winning.

4. Click on the "Losing" link to view the auctions you are losing.

How to Pay

1. Click on the "MyAccount" link on the top right corner of the webpage .

2. Click on the "Order history" link.

3. Click on the "Pay Now" link.

4. Select one of the payment options which will redirect to the respective website to pay.

Collection and Delivery

If you have won an auction and paid the invoice with delivery on, the Buy-Force team will book the transport and arrange collection for you usually within 24hrs from payment on a 3 day courier service.

If you have won an auction and requested collection then on cleared funds the Buy-Force team will contact you to enquire what day you would like to collect and issue a collection reference that is to be given to the relevant goods out department at our warehouses. Failure to have this reference will mean you will not be loaded with your stock.
