Delivery
We have several contracted Pallet delivery providers, and we will endeavour to give as competitive a price as possible for the destination.
If purchasing multiple pallets transport can be arranged at a reduced rate.
Collection
If collection is selected at the end of order a collection slot will be arranged. No unarranged collections will be permitted, vehicles without reference numbers will be turned away.
Due to the terms and conditions of our pallet couriers, if there is nobody present to accept the delivery they will issue a redelivery charge, please supply your contact details to allow them to avoid this.
Single Items
Please make sure you supply your contact phone number so if there is a problem we can contact you.
Stated postage is for MAINLAND UK ONLY.
Additional charges may be incurred for Scottish Highlands, English Isles ie Jersey/Guernsey etc and all of Ireland. (this is due to our Carrier boundaries)
If you wish to purchase an item to be delivered to these areas, please contact us and we will find the cheapest option for you.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All our items are sent via secure courier.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Please allow extra time if you are paying by Echeque.
